Excellent delivery time

I was looking everywhere for the space jam converses. These were on sale and came within 2 working days. I also picked the wrong size and their customer service was fast, friendly and changed my order straight away. Amazing. Thank you

Please avoid this company as much as possible. What was going to be a pleasant online shopping experience turned into a nightmare with this 'professional' company.
I have returned a parcel back to them via their trusted third party supplier, they have confirmed they have received the parcel. After my refund was not coming in I have followed up again and the company suddenly claims they have never received the parcel and now they are investigating it. They are refusing the refund me the money as apparently I am responsible for the parcel being lost by the supplier or lost in their warehouse. Maybe somebody even stole it in the warehouse and I am meant to be the one who pays for it?!
I find this ridiculous as this is out of my reach and I am not responsible for this situation. At this stage i have sought a legal help as this is beyond ridiculous.
Please avoid or be very vigilant if you're sending them a parcel back as you will never see your money back.
There is so many instances I have read online about this company when they claim they have lost the parcel and will never send you the money back! Please DO NOT shop with them!
